T-31 Philmont 2015
In the Summer of 2015, Troop-31 sent one crew to Philmont Scout Ranch,
crew 617-J on Itinerary 23, which included Baldy Mountain and a hike out over
the Tooth of Time. 9 scouts and 3 advisors hiked about 85 miles on a 10-night pack pack in the southern tip of the Rocky Mountains near Taos, New Mexico.
Here is a journal that I kept on the trip, along with some pictures.
The panorama picture here is taken from the Tooth of Time, and the distant
peak to the right is Baldy, where we had been 5 days earlier.
